Use of Personal Information: EFX Design & Marketing, Inc. collects your personal information at registration time, and at checkout time. EFX does not sell any of your personal information to third parties. EFX will only share as much information with entities outside of EFX as is necessary to process your order--for example, shipping information. Your User ID and Password are never shared with third parties.

User Communications: EFX retains email, fax and other client communications as may be needed for order processing and internal documentation.

Site Security: All information passing between our clients and the EFX Promos site is encrypted during transmission by the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Electronic Communications: When you visit the EFX Promos site, or send emails to EFX, you are communicating with us electronically, and by so doing you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Newsletters Newsletters are delivered via email, and the client may choose to opt in or out of receiving them. By default, no newsletter will be sent to the client.
